This policy explains what personal data Mehar Properties collects when you browse meharproperties.ae or enquire with us, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices available to you.
01. Who we are
Mehar Properties is a real-estate brokerage registered with the Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA) of the Dubai Land Department, operating from the Kia Flagship Building, Sheikh Zayed Rd, Al Qouz First, Al Quoz, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

02. The data we collect
We collect only what we need to answer you and to meet our regulatory obligations:
- Details you submit through an enquiry, viewing request, or newsletter form: your name, email address, telephone number, country of residence, and anything you choose to write in the message field.
- Details required during a transaction: identification documents, proof of address, and source-of-funds information, where anti-money-laundering rules oblige us to collect them.
- Technical data your browser sends automatically: IP address, device and browser type, the page that referred you, and the pages you view on this site.
03. How we use it
Your data is used to:
- Respond to your enquiry, arrange viewings, and share listings, floor plans and payment plans that match the requirements you describe.
- Complete know-your-customer and anti-money-laundering checks, and the registration formalities required by the Dubai Land Department.
- Send market updates and new-launch announcements, where you have asked to receive them.
- Maintain our records and understand which parts of this site are useful, so we can improve them.
04. Consent, and withdrawing it
We process enquiry data because you have asked us to act on your request. We send marketing only where you have consented to it.
You can withdraw consent at any time by replying to any message from us or writing to info@meharproperties.ae. Withdrawing consent stops future marketing; it does not affect processing already carried out, or records we are legally required to keep.
05. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only where there is a reason to:
- Developers whose projects you enquire about, so that allocations, floor plans and pricing can be issued to you.
- Service providers acting on our instructions, for example our customer-relationship system, email delivery, and IT hosting.
- The Dubai Land Department, RERA, banks, conveyancers, and regulators or law-enforcement bodies, where a transaction or the law requires it.
06. Transfers outside the UAE
Some of our service providers operate outside the United Arab Emirates, so your data may be processed abroad. Where that happens we take reasonable steps to ensure the recipient protects it to a standard consistent with UAE data-protection law.
07. How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any follow-up, and are then deleted or anonymised.
Transaction, identification and anti-money-laundering records are kept for the period required by UAE legislation, currently five years from the completion of the transaction or the end of the business relationship.
08. Your rights
Subject to UAE data-protection law, you may ask us to give you a copy of the data we hold on you, correct it if it is wrong, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or transfer it to another provider.
To exercise any of these, write to info@meharproperties.ae. We will respond within the period the law allows. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may raise the matter with the UAE Data Office.
09. Cookies and embedded content
This site uses only the cookies necessary to serve pages and remember your preferences on it.
Our contact page embeds a Google Map. When that map loads, Google may set its own cookies and receive your IP address, under Google's privacy policy rather than ours.
10. Security
We apply organisational and technical measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the data we hold, and restrict access to staff who need it to do their work. No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed completely secure, and any transfer is at your own risk.
11. Children
This site is not directed at anyone under the age of eighteen, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a minor has given us data, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services or the law change. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised; please check it from time to time.
